In addition, as part of our coaching service, you might supply us with additional personal information such as personality assessment profiles, leadership assessment profiles, or perspectives on what you might consider your personal strengths, work motivators, favourite skills, or even your hopes and fears etc.

What do we do with the information we collect?

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, only where we are allowed to by law, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Provide you with our coaching services, necessary for any contract between us.
  • Internal record keeping.
  • We may use the information to improve our services.
  • We may wish to communicate with you about online or in-person events held throughout the year which provide opportunities to continue your coaching journey. This may include periodic promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting, using the email address which you have provided, and with your permission.
  • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes.

We may contact you by email, phone or mail. We do not share your name and contact details with any third parties for marketing purposes, except in specific circumstances where during the course of a conversation an introduction is identified which may be beneficial to you. This would only be done with your express permission, and with permission of the third party.

If we believe someone is in danger of serious harm i.e. should you disclose unlawful information or should there be potential serious risk to yourself or others, I might need to share this additional personal information with the relevant authorities.

We do not use your data for automated decision making or profiling.

Once information is reviewed, we discard it or store it in our files. If we make material changes in the collection of personally identifiable information, we will inform you by placing a notice on our site. ICF recording of coaching hours

As part of our ongoing accreditation with the International Coach Federation (ICF), we are required to periodically submit names and email addresses, along with coaching hours, for each client. To verify this record, the ICF may contact clients expressly for this purpose only.

The ICF will only retain the Credential application materials for six (6) months after the application has been processed. Data security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

How long we keep your data

Unless you request otherwise, we will securely hold your data for a period of 7 years following our last contact. This is to fall in line with tax requirements and based on experience of time lapses between our clients’ bookings. After 7 years we will securely delete your data.

However, we will not delete your name, email address and coaching hours – this data will be retained for the sole, yet continuing, use of ICF credentialing (see above) – and will be deleted on the last day MULLER CONSULTANCY provides a coaching service.

This website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement.
